Ihor Hryniv

Ukrainian scientist, sociologist, and politician.

He served as a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament for five terms (1990–2018). Hryniv was the campaign manager and strategist for the presidential election campaigns of Viktor Yushchenko and Petro Poroshenko. He is one of the founders of the Institute for Strategic Studies and Forecasts (the “Janus” Institute) and is an Honorary Professor at Lanzhou University (China).

He was born on March 10, 1961, in Lviv. Hryniv graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at Ivan Franko Lviv State University (1983), completed diplomatic training courses at the Kyiv Institute of International Relations (1992), and later graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyiv National University (1995).

Since 1987, he has been actively involved in Ukraine’s socio-political life. In 1988, he led one of the first democratic civic organizations, “The Lion Society,” and was a co-founder of the People’s Movement of Ukraine, serving on its Grand Council (1989). In 1990, he was elected to Parliament for the first time. Hryniv has held various positions in state institutions: Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies, Deputy Chief of the Presidential Administration, and Head of the BPP parliamentary faction.

Since 2019, he has retired from active political life, focusing on research and teaching. His interests include sociology and strategic planning.

Hryniv has been married to Oksana Hryniv since 1982. They have a daughter, Mariia (born 1984), and a son, Roman-Danylo (born 1993).

He collects 20th-century paintings by Lviv artists, as well as antique icons and books.

Inna Yanakaieva

Inna began her career in the banking sector, where she served as Deputy Chairman of the Board in various banks for many years.

For eight years, she held the positions of CFO and CEO at Multiplex, the national leader in film distribution. There, she managed the process of opening nearly twenty cinemas, contributed to the development of the country’s film industry, and developed business processes for managing the cinema network.

Currently, Inna is leading a major project in the green energy sector and is involved in several new startups.

Education: Higher degree in Economics, Odessa National Economic University.

Goal on the Board:
To leverage her passion and experience to help transform NEST into a “Company of the Future,” capable of creating unique development projects that will make a lasting mark on modern architecture and be a source of pride for years to come.

Oleksandr Pochkun

Founder and Managing Partner of Baker Tilly in Ukraine, a member of the Baker Tilly International network.
Over 23 years of experience in providing audit services, project management, legal expertise, and tax and financial consulting.

Oleksandr has professional experience in the following sectors: business development; agriculture; natural resources; real estate; retail.

Professional/Public and International Activities:

• Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club.
• Chairman of the Board of the Eastern Europe Foundation.
• Vice President, member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs.
• Member of the Advisory Board of Agroxy.
• Member of the Government and Not for Profit Committee of Baker Tilly International.
• Included in the National Register of Corporate Directors since 2018.

With a strong and consistent public stance over many years, professional experience, and skills in corporate governance, I can be valuable to NEST. This is an interesting industry that presents opportunities for professional engagement and contributing to the establishment of a robust and sustainable financial system that protects shareholder rights and positively impacts industry and societal development.

Ihor Savkin
Corporate Secretary

He has been with NEST since its inception, assisting the company in establishing and structuring the activities of its governing bodies and has become part of the company’s institutional memory.

Ihor has extensive experience and expertise in financial business management, but a two-year “creative assignment” to government bodies (as Personal Assistant to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine) shifted his career toward corporate governance.

In 2019, Ihor, with the case of the MULTIPLEX company, won the annual national competition “Corporate Secretary of the Year” (organized by the Professional Association of Corporate Governance of Ukraine), triumphing over colleagues from DTEK, the National Depository of Ukraine, and PrivatBank in the final.

Goal on the Board:
I want to help the owners, board members, and management build personal relationships based on formal (only when necessary!) and informal procedures that allow for maximum efficiency from everyone involved in the company’s governance, ultimately leading to increased business value.

I aim to win the national “Corporate Secretary of the Year” competition again, but this time with a presentation of NEST’s successes in building an effective corporate governance system that will optimally respond to contemporary challenges.

Emil Soloviov

In August 2022, Emil Soloviov assumed the position of CEO at NEST and joined the company’s supervisory board.

Mr. Soloviov is an experienced top manager with over 15 years of leadership experience in the development sector. Under his guidance, numerous landmark residential and commercial real estate projects have been created in Kyiv.

Board Objectives:

• To embrace ambitious challenges in creating a new real estate segment for the city that combines the best European approaches to construction quality standards and the preservation of Kyiv’s historical environment.
• Another important task Mr. Soloviov identifies is the company’s participation in rebuilding housing and infrastructure in Ukraine that were destroyed due to Russian aggression, ensuring that tens of thousands of displaced Ukrainians have the opportunity to live in a comfortable environment.
