First investment

2000

The reconstruction of a 9-story business center on Urytskogo Street - the biggest project of the company at that time

2003

Starts work on the reconstruction of the "Renaissance" business center on Vorovskogo Street

2004

Purchases the site of the former tobacco factory "Reyemstma-Kyiv"
near Peremohy square

Purchases corporate rights or the project and starts construction
of "Iceberg" business center.

2005

2006

Sections 5.1 and 5.2
of "Four Seasons" residential complex put into operation

Completes work
on the architectural plan of a new mixed-use project with the area of over 200 thousand sq m
to be built on Peremohy Avenue. The project was created in collaboration with the renown American architectural firm “Jerde Partners”.

"Renaissance" Business Center opened!
It is located in a completely renovated building on Vorovskogo St. This is a notable event in the business life of Ukraine's capital.

New steps
in the residential real estate market: starts to build the "Emerald" and "Pokrovsky Posad" residential complexes

2007

"NEST" concludes Ukraine's largest sale of commercial property, selling the business center "Iceberg" to investment/industrial group "Eurasia-Ukraine".

Sections 5.4 and 5.5 of "Four Seasons" residential complex put into operation.

2008

"NEST" launches a new service for its customers - NEST Club discount program NEST CLUB provides vip-service and special discounts on products for the repair and home furnishing stores in Kiev, it helps to save time and cost when equipping the apartment.

2009

"Nest" - the only company in Kiev that, despite the devastating economic crisis, completes construction and puts into operation a major development: the "Four Seasons" residential complex boasting 888 apartments with an area of 130,177 sq m

2010

"NEST" puts into operation the first stage of the "Emerald" residential complex (sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3)

2011

"NEST" launches the active phase of construction of "Pokrovsky Posad" residential complex

Puts into operation the second stage of "Emerald" residential complex, and holds the grand opening of the complex. The total area of its 603 apartments is 95,340 sq m

2012

All "Four Seasons" residential apartments sell out!

2013

"NEST" sells out all "Emerald" residential complex apartments

2014

Puts into operation the first stage of "Pokrovsky Posad" residential complex - 426 apartments with a total area of 233,634 sq m

2015

The stylobate of the residential complex "Pokrovsky Posad" was put into exploitation.

2017

The company "NEST" concludes a partnership with the company "Greenville" for the implementation of 2 residential complexes and business center. The company NEST created a new concept for the Michelson Manor. Selling to a local investor business center on 14A, B Dimitrova street.

2018

The beginning of construction of a class A business center on Mikhaylovskaya Street. Opening sales of residential complex "Greenville Park" on Podol. Selling business center "Times of the Year» to the largest investment company in Ukraine "Dragon Capital".

2019

Tontinued active construction of business center “HillFort” at 12 Mikhaylovskaya Street. Creating a concept and marketing strategy for “Mikhelson Manor” and a house at Streletskaya Street.

2020

HILLFORT Business Mansion has been put into operation!

2021

The company purchased a building for the implementation of a new project at 37 Reitarska Street.

The "HILLFORT Business Mansion" business center has been transferred to a tenant.
